What a fantastic experience! I brought my son in after he had a minor accident while playing soccer, and I couldn't have asked for better care. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and compassionate, especially towards my son, who was understandably nervous. They took the time to make him feel comfortable, explaining each step of the process with patience. The doctor was thorough in his examination and provided clear instructions for our follow-up care. The facility was well-maintained, and we didn't wait long at all, which is a big plus when you're dealing with a child’s injury. If I had to give some constructive feedback, I would suggest adding a few more toys in the waiting area to keep kids entertained, but that’s a minor point. Overall, this urgent care center exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely return for any future needs. Highly recommend!
